I tread lightly and do all I can to keep those close to my heart private but sometimes I have to share them with the world. Thank you for inviting me into your worlds so I can always life my best life! I cannot post everything. I certainly try to leave my kids out. Someone said, "Your locks say a lot about your confidence and your walk in life." Yep. My Sisterlocks and I have experienced it all. Once again I define my hair, my hair does not define me. Thank you because I am here to enjoy every second without compromise of any sort. For sure, excluding what anyone else is doing with their hair but me. Enjoyment is to accept yourself fully with the absence of settling. Love you first and always. The rest will come. Why, because God said so. Happiness is loving without guilt, shame, and condemnation. Listen to His voice and nothing else. I feel like I am skipping in a field of purple lilies! No yesterdays, no tomorrows, just right nows! These Sisterlocks be showing out! Yes, I said "be."
FYI- This blog is to document my Sisterlock journey because that is what I needed when I began my second set (someone asked if I was paid). I am not paid or reimbursed by anyone or anything.
